My article on the rejuvenation of the Similan Islands, Thailand's most famous dive destination, is in the new issue of Asian Diver magazine

Despite having been a supposedly professional journalist for the last decade, I still get a kick out of seeing my work on the news stand - so it was great to see the new issue of Asian Diver magazine on the magazine racks today with my round up of the best dive sites in the Similan Islands. This was written as a prelude to the beginning of the new Similan diving season next month - from October to May 2007 the Similans are waiting to be explored again by divers from all over the world. I can't wait to get back down there. Jez Tryner provided some suitably awesome pictures to go with the article, gleaned from his working as a photographer on Similan liveaboards last season.

Asian Diver has put some of my article on their website, featuring my Top 5 Similan Islands dive sites. You can also get a subscription to Asian Diver magazine through Amazon.com, although it's outrageously expensive if you're in the USA.
