Unarguably the best dive site in Thailand, Richelieu Rock is a horseshoe-shaped sea mount that harbours all kinds of life within its walls and attracts big pelagics outside them. There is also spectacular coral life with fans and soft corals growing in abundance all over the Rock. (Thailand, 2011)
